Yamaha build quality - Low action - lightweight at just a smidge over 7.5lbs - easy to play due to the lines extending over the sides of the fingerboard and side dots 'inbetween' the lines so if you are only used to normal fretted instruments, this is not unfamiliar when you look down and even a cloth eared old bint like me can play in tune !! In very good used condition, with just a few marks associated with normal use. Solid Alder body and maple neck with a beautiful grained rosewood fingerboard. Controls are volume, volume master tone and has a wide range of sounds including the much loved mwoar tone. Two very powerful Yamaha pickups and is all original with no modifications. If I''m reading the serial number correctly, I believe it is a 2002 model. Comes complete with a ROK SAK padded Gig Bag. Can post at cost if you are far away, if not come and have a go, you will love it

I just had to try one to see what all the fuss was about before I finally hang up my 'Gigging Boots' !! and now I know - Incredible sound from such a small, lightweight package and in the same way 'Catweazel' was dumbfounded by 'Electrickery' and 'The Telling Bone' - really showing my age now - how this Guy gets so much power out of these is way beyond my understanding !! Here is one of the Worlds very best small & lightweight Bass Amps in mint condition and complete with official Eden padded gigbag, Manual, the original box, unused mains lead, is only a couple of months old & is only for sale due to an insane GAS attack at the weekend, plus as it looks like my next live Gig is going to be somewhere around the twelfth of never, I really don't need this amount of power for the foreseeable future !! Eden WTX World Tour 500 Power: 500 Watts @ 4 Ω THD: <.5% Amp Modes: Mono Frequency Response: 10Hz - 20KHz Speaker Connection: Speakon or 1/4" Weight: 4.3lbs / 1.95kg Dimensions: H: 2.5 in / 6.35cm, W: 8 in / 20.3cm, D:9 in / 22.8cm This incredible bass amp has more features than you could shake a stick at including the Eden 'Golden Chip' which is of a much higher quality than chips fitted to many other amps - apparently? in fact, many Pro players just leave all the EQ flat and just vary the Enhance control to suit the venue they are playing - allegedly !! There is a professional standard Compressor on board, which levels out your sound and gives it that 'Pro' quality feel. This amp can also be used for silent practise by using the aux. in and headphone out jacks. A Speakon and two 1/4" Jack speaker outputs, there is nothing worse than turning up for a gig, recording session or rehearsal and finding out you have only Jack leads and the amp only accepts Speakon!! The Bass boost on this amp is just incredible, as it makes it possible to play at low volume, i.e. in the studio, or at home and still retain a solid bass sound. Can't understand why other amps don't have this feature!! Will play ultra quiet keeping the Master Gain down, or as loud as a loud thing, from the planet loud, if you crank it up. Having 500 watts on tap, means that if you are only using one 8ohm cab, the amp has more than enough power to cope. If you connect two eight home cabs then it goes crazy loud. The Eden Gig bag is very padded and of very high quality Having owned, or at least used almost every amp under the sun - umpteen times over during the past 40 + years, in my humble opinion Eden produce some of the highest quality Professional Bass Gear available today. Still avalilble new at £599.00 each, which gives an indication of the quality of these cabs. Here are the specs:- 250w High Quality Neodymium lightweight driver 50 to 18K Frequency Response 2" Titanium Super Tweeter, with fully adjustable Attenuator 8ohm Impedence 99db SensitIvity Both Speakon and 1/4" Jack Connectors - two of each on each cab! Volume = 32 Litres Height = 34cm / 13 inches Width = 49cm / 19 inches Depth. = 34cm / 13 inches Weight = 11kg Small and light enough to fit in the boot of almost any car. When stacked vertically they are just the right height to hear yourself on stage and have a very small stage footprint. These cabs have two really useful spring loaded handles which can be used to tilt the cab, which would also make them ideal as stage monitors. Would prefer pickup, but would post at buyers expense. No , but he would add a fretted board to the existing neck, if it was what the owner wanted. However, in my humble opinion that would be a shame as it plays so well as a Fretless and if a cloth eared, talentless old bint like me can play it 'in toon' - ish, then anyone can !!

Hi, the truss rod works fine and I have adjusted it quite recently to lower the action and to obtain the minimum amount of relief practically possible to allow every note to sound. The action is now very low - all the way up the fingerboard - Fab!!

Thank you, yes she does !! and very loud - for some reason beyond my comprehension - more windings?? I got the chance to A/B these pickups against two early 70's Precisions last year with the same amp settings and the difference in volume was surprising to say the least!! To my very old cloth ears, she sounds like a 60's P should. However, the tone control has a big range compared to a lot of P's I've played over the years, as some of them didn't seem to do a lot at all. I've had to put her away in her case now - if I leave her on her stand, I can't stop picking her up for a noodle, oo- er missus, which not only stops me from getting things done, but the more I play her, the less I want to part company with her !!
