Chorus and octave are my effects of choice.

Scumbags! At least everyone is OK. I'll share this on my FB page to spread the word and eyes on the street.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/390865650431 wow! Makes the price I paid for my pre Bruce Thomas owned '63 seem like a bargain.

Tonight is my first outing with Rethink Floyd http://rethinkfloyd.co.uk who I joined just a few months ago (replacing their original bass player/lead vocalist). I've never really fronted a band all on my own before and singing for nigh on 2 hours is a bit daunting, especially when you include the screaming bits from The Wall. Fortunately the keyboard player is a great singer (what do they need me for I hear you say? It's a vibe thing apparently) so if I blow my voice out too early she can cover for me. I'll be taking my recently acquired Rob Allen MB-2 and Phil Jones Bass Buddy for their debut too. I don't think they're as trepidatious as I am

Wrong end of the M6 for me, but if we're ever visiting the in-laws, it's be rude not to check it out -
Bought Brian's Phil Jones Bass Buddy after I posted in items wanted for one. Agreed the sale Tuesday afternoon, it arrived this afternoon. No fuss, no muss, a deal as smooth as silk. A top BCer
Ooh shiny, shiny

Genuinely shocked to see this, I hope it all works out for the best Pete.

Dance The Night Away - The Mavericks. I've had to do this on some deps, snores-ville!
-
A transparent finish over that as it is right now would look lush IMO.
-
Got to 1:38, I'm not liking it - at all; fearful, sub-jazz racket to my ears.
-
Very true about about the compartment cover, I just Super Glued my cover back together yesterday (I normally use mains power it but didn't want to take my whole pedal board with me). Good bit of kit, completely transparent (to my ears at least) until you add EQ, level or effect.
-
I use Phil Jones gear, it sounds great with my P bass, active Ibanezes and my Rob Allen; a good 'honest' reproduction of the instruments' inherent tones.
-
I've been relearning the Four Tops: Same Old Song; I Can't Help Myself; I'll Be There and Paul Young's version of a Tear Your Playhouse Down. These sound great on the Rob Allen.
-
Excellent score; enjoy!

FWIW. La Bellas are sticky out of the packet. Bear with them and they smooth out wonderfully.
I found the La Bellas on my fretless SUB really sticky on my plucking hand once fitted, but recently I've not noticed it at all so this makes complete sense.
The NIN cover in the OP sounds great, nice work. -

A great sounding pedal; love mine. GLWTS.

You probably need to specify where you're based.

I think it looks really good and look forward to a review if you've a mind to do one.

There's something very Yamaha about that
Yeah I'm seeing that too, the upper horn has an RBX look about it.
Best strap to reduce shoulder pain

Is it the actual weight of the bass or a neck dive issue? If the latter, try fitting lightweight Hipshots, or moving the strap buttons. If it is a weight issue then other than wide straps (my preferred, personal option) you could look at Mono straps or Comfort Strapp; I've tried both and didn't get on with them but many others swear by them.
