    Where he says it should be 40mm and not 38mm at the nut because of the 19mm spacing at the bridge sounds like rubbish. Fenders and Sadowskys are 38mm with 19mm spacing IIRC, as are many other J types.

    I’ve recently started playing guitar a fair bit more (bless me father, for I have sinned) which spurred me onto a bundle of more upgrades for my Casino Coupé, the new Artec pickups sound fabulous and cost less than £30! It’s taken over from my Tele as my go to 6 string.

    If it were my double neck, I'd swap the necks over and have the fretless on top like @Bassassin's Gordy. YMMV. That handover with @stewblack looks like you're both pulling a massive wishbone 😂.

    That is lovely looking and a subtle deviation from the norm. I also like your comment (isolated and now in bold) just to remind folks that these are great instruments and potential buyers should not to be completely swayed by the odd negative comment.
