I tried two Classics prior to going for this, as I wasn't too sure about the relic thing at the time. Despite the Classic being a fantastic P-Bass (IMHO), there were enough differences to me with the Road Worn to persuade me to get it - nicer neck to play (with rolled edges) & a lighter more resonant body, maybe something to do with nitro finish(?) It's in good condition, only slight issue being small amount of glue residue from a pickholder which was installed on reverse of headstock (as shown in photo). As can be seen it's hardly noticeable & I haven't tried to remove it as doing so would probably take off serial no.[/font] [font=Arial, sans-serif]I've had the pots upgraded to decent CTS ones & a PIO tone cap has been installed. Not sure if this bass originally came with 'ash tray' covers, but these are on the bass & are suitably tarnished, keeping with the relic'd aesthetic. Also thumb rest has been added keeping a vintage vibe.
