Could you not change the tuning if you wanted to though? Much like any other string instrument.

The interview has been put on the DJ guy's myspace (http://www.myspace.com/djashnortheast), if anyone's interested. They cut out a whole bit where I talked about using the same toilets as the rockstars used in the past, when we got to use the dressing rooms at Newcastle Uni. It was probably for the best. I really find the sound of my own voice weird though, I'm not even sure if I have a recognisable accent.

At last nights gig it was all go, interview for the radio and a photoshoot for some promo pics. First proper ones our band has had really. He seems like he has been pushed into the spotlight too soon. Maybe he just wants to play with his lego rather than play bass on stage.

Strange, I thought Trujillo was solely a 5-string guy. Shame about them forgoing classics for...not quite so classics. Still, I would have loved to have been there. Havn't had a chance to see them live yet
