1. These are fantastic basses typically priced well below their real value !
  2.
my favorite Fender P
mine too ...
  3.
If I buy this can you offer any guarantee that I will be able to play like TF? If so I'll take it now.
It plays like TF without you even touching it
  4. unfortunately the goal of this exercise is to reduce the headcount
  5. Perhaps I asked too much for the bass retailing £1,850 brand new. Price drop to £1,000
  6. Fender P Tony Franklin fretless - [s]£1,100[/s] £1,000 Beautiful sunburst nitro cellulose finish, ebony fret board with minimum wear (it was always strung with nylon coated flat wounds), gorgeous tone, as expected. Weight 4.4 kg according to my scale. The following modifications/upgrades were made (can be easily restored to original as all the original parts will be included): - Dunlop straplocks fitted - "F" neck plate replaced the Franklin plate - D-tuner replaced with regular Fender tuner - La Bella white nylon flat wound strings (60/70/94/115) Just given it a good look over, and it has two things worth mentioning: - 3mm chip on the shoulder (hidden by right arm when playing). - The finish has also bubbled slightly under three corners of the neck plate, which you can only see at certain angles. A tiny blob of black nitro was applied to one of the corners (see the last pic). Other then that the bass is clean, no snail trails of any sort. Case candy, hard case etc.
  7.
Well I can jump right in here with a recommendation for Basski. Our recent transaction was as simple and effortless as you could want, with good communication throughout. I called over to Basski's workplace today to collect my new bass and chat over a cup of coffee. Deal with confidence.
Thanks for the kind feedback Paul. It was pleasure to meet you today.
  8.
Oh. Original pics disappeared... On the Shuker site it's the one next the pink one!
That's because the bass is sold. I will update the header soon.

  11.
This is only bass for a while I have really had a serious discussion with the wife whether I can afford it. Someone buy it and take its beauty from my eye.!!
It was a mistake to ask wife
  12. F/S Shuker Jazz Custom 4-String: - Cocobolo top on mahogany body - EMG J pickups - Sweepable 3 band eq - Schaller Ultralites - weight: ~9lbs - Fitted Hiscox case with Shuker logo You can see this bass on Jon's website towards the end of the page: www.shukerguitars.co.uk/jbass.html The bass is in the great condition with very little wear. The subtle swirls on the cocobolo top (see the last pic) is actually how Jon applies the finish. It's a great piece of work by Jon and plays beautifully, but don't really need 2 Shuker Jazz basses, hence the sale. If you don't care about the Hiscox case I can provide a good quality padded gigbag and knock off 50£.
