2. I actually have a 2x10 x2 rig of Beyma units in Peavey cabs. A brilliant sound to my ears Its basically now my back up / practice at home rig, as my MB gigging rig is a bit lighter

 4. I love the fact that Beller uses the name The Life Of Bryan as his title. I wonder if he ever watched...
 5. Ok next up "all male band seeks bass player" Men only please.. getting tricky eh?, why? because we expect equal rights perhaps? But How many adverts for 'all female band seeks...." Hmmm getting trickier positive discrimination is allowed i guess ------------------- Either of those is OK in your post. The other bit isnt. But then people are entitled to ask this, its just not a band i'd be interested in joining myself How many black rap bands would have a white man in their line up ? Its all relative in the end. I suppose it all depends
 6. I didnt realise that the Ozrics Roly Wynne committed suicide in '99
 7.
That is my kind of thing, sounds influenced by Brand X.
Indeed , very similar. And both offered great music if you like that sort of genre Not sure if Visitor were influenced by Brand X , since both bands released their first albums in '76 ...Brand X released ' Unorthodox Behaviour and Visitor released 'Cain! A Modern Mystery Play '
 8.
That's Brandi Wynne of which you speak. She is still the bass player and wife of mainman Ed Wynne. Ed's son Silas is the keys/synths man now.
Thanks bud, yes the names eludued me without googling, but she's impressive, as they all are

 10. Just my IMO, never thought of the Oz's as Floyd on steroids, rather more like solo Hillage. Bloody good band though, and the female bass player they had at some point was really on the ball, just like all the musicians they use

 18.
With the Leslie speaker and ignoring minute pitch changes due to the Doppler effect I thought it'd be a really slow Tremolo, no?
Yeah could be, mate. Bit technical for me to name the correct term
 19.
Listen to "Little Wing" by Jimi Hendrix. He used a rotary cab on that recording.
Thanks Mike, didnt know he used a Leslie ...great sound though
