When Staurt restarted Spector (SSD) back in the early nineties the original Brooklyn/Kramer tooling was left behind. Starting from scratch the new templates resulted in the necks/ headstocks becoming thicker while the bodies were slightly less offset. Another photo for the thread - '87 Kramer NS 2.
