  1. Want a Pueblo Pink instead @BassAgent ?
  2. Check this one, brand new and in the Netherlands @BassAgent : https://www.instrumentsonline.nl/Webwinkel-Product-292460785/Sterling-by-Musicman-Ray-24-Classic-3tone-sunburst-4-snarige-basgitaar.html
  3. Wire it as explained below, and everything will work properly:
  4. If it's this, it's been wired totally out of phase explaining the thin sound: https://dunableguitars.com/pages/pickups
  5. White and green are connected together and isolated because your pickup is working as a humbucker typically wired in series, but you can wire it in parallel if you want, hence the 4 wires plus earth "plain" wire.
  6. What's the brand and type of that bridge pickup?
  7. Nice MoMark in rare white colour @Sparky Mark !
  8. Just for the fun record, I owned a Korg MS20 that I sold for peanuts, 1500 Belgian Francs IIRC, way back in 1987 at the end of my studies (alongside an awful Maya EB-2). 35 Euros/GBP was a lot of money back then to get drunk... 🤦🤪😂😉
  9. Ready for the bulldozer Gibson trick! 🤪
  10. You're not totally wrong @Misdee, but it's about the type of bridge, not really the market as all SB-1000 of that golden era had the same specifications whatever market they were meant to. Ok, here's the explanation, the wide bridge series were at 18 mm and the bridge was chrome abd it was often for the budget models. The high end series had normal bridges with that delirious 15.5 mm and always in brass, hence gold tuners to match it. Hope it helps.
  11. Only if you listen to it through the PA on your next gig... 🤪😂
  12. Here are 3 views of the guts of 1979 models:
  13. Sadly, I just checked and he's not taking orders anymore, he's close to retirement and I think he's finishing his order book before it... https://www.bassculture.de/
  14. Christoph Dolf from BassCulture pickups in Germany made me one replacement pickup a few years ago for an SB-800 and it sounded exactly like an original one.
  15. Urm, urm...
  16. BOSS OC-2 job lot from 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985 (yes, 4 pedals with their original boxes and more)! It's a full collection of the 4 first years of these mythical pedals, all fully working, so two OctaveR and two Octave pedals. Check the photos the see the real condition: the 1982 and 1985 are in excellent condition as well as their boxes (the 1985 being complete with the manual and goodies), the 1983 has some paint "bubbles" (the least I can say is that the box is well used) and the 1984 has a big shoe tip mark where it's supposed to be.
