I had this up for sale a while ago, had a luthier ( D Wilson) have a look at the finish and he could not tell if it was original or a very, very old refin. So anyway, up she goes- 1969 Fender Precison Bass Olympic White - bit more custard looking now Pretty much original including tort plate - I have the black repro one too but the original, albeit slightly shrunken tort one now on the bass. Plays and sounds superb, low action. Truss rod works as it should. Had a couple of frets replaced where needed, 3rd fret for definite. Pick ups growl and are really full sounding. Pots and pick ups below, can take more pics if required . New foam added by Bassdoc. Authentic ‘tab burn’ on headstock. Imported by me from Texas from second owner from new. No trades I’m afraid and price is firm. Comes with a generic Hard Case Welcome to come and try, take apart etc as and when you’d like. Coffee and cake provided 👍

off to Russia Up for sale the magnificent Alpher Mako Elite 5. I took it in a trade from @Crawford13 and its a beauty, but alas not for me. I am just a simple P bass man 😂 Made from a buckeye burl top (1 piece), 1 piece Claro walnut body, rosewood neck and ziricote fingerbord. Its an absolute work of art! It has 2 nordstrands big man pick ups, nordstrand 3B pre amp. Dingwall 4 way rotary switch for each pick up. Its currently strung E-C with a brand new set of NYXL’s, but I also have a set of La Bella flats cut for it. A couple of dings but nothing too noticeable. Comes with a Gator hardcore. Shipping anywhere in the world available.

Both lovely but I’d have to sell first and I’m supposed to not be buying gear 😂
