    Less than 1 year old Gallien Kruger 2001RB stereo bass amp. 3 units high. 2 X 540 watts @ 2 ohms Boxed complete with foot switch, cables and manual. Comes with an extra 1m speaker cable. 9.9 out of 10 condition. £700 collected from Torquay .... Less than half retail price. £25 postage to UK address. If collected I will include an old 3 unit rack case free. Also have the matching boxed GK212 neo cab that I might also put up for sale. UK sale only.

    I only have one bass an Ashdown Arc. Has a perfect neck for me with nice low action, around 1.5mm.

    I'm very much with you on this. I also like a slow attack time and find most compressors don't offer enough or simply don't quote any figures so I can buy with confidence. I also like a quick release. That's why I've owned nearly every compressor pedal going and quickly sold them on.

    I tried the standard Rat effect with my P bass and loved the sound apart from the suck out of bass and lack of clean blend. I've considered the Fat version to add some bottom but would still like a clean blend. Can you guys please help........ What effects pedals are Rat based with no loss of bottom end and have a clean blend. Many thanks.

    Unfortunately I really can't get on with Ashdown heads. Everyone I had sounded simply wrong 😭. I play an Ashdown Arc bass and that is fantastic. I can highly recommend GK. How about a GK 2001RB ?
