  1. Hi. What is the weight please? thanks
  2. Hi all, awesome pickup set bought new a few months ago, and fitted into my Vintera, which has now sold and been replaced with a Jazz Elite, which already has these pickups . good strong output and fantastic build quality. Even get a nice little case for them. aaaah. retail around £200, so priced ok methinks, incl postage cheers.
  3. Cheers. Make it out to ……..Please teach me how to slap properly!
  4. Well your experience, ability, talent and the myriad of basses you have reviewed. Just as a starter mate! 🤣

  7. Apologies its sold but i didnt change the header!
  8. John made this for me a few months ago, but now surplus to requirement as i upgraded to. Fender Jazz Elite its a superb combination. It provides each pick up with its own volume and tone control. It also has a series/parallel toggle switch slots straight in and as it has solderless connections, even i can do it! happy to post in UK ( included in the price) thanks
  9. Hi all further downsizing of the basses means i am selling my well sorted Jazz Vintera ii. its in excellent order, and upgraded as follows - High mass bridge - Dunlop straplocks - Fender Noiseless pickups ( retail at £200!) - John Kiogin loom with seperate volume/tone for each pick up and series/parallel switch. Tonal bliss. - i have also had a pro wire wool the neck a small amount so its now super fast and nice to play - New Super Slinky strings - D tuner. Its reverse tune Hipshot as this bass has reverse tuners to suit its vintage look i would also say the new pick ups have a strong output (12k) so its a punchy bass capable if vintage and modern tones. a bargain with all of these upgrades methink, and includes a gig bag. prefer collection, if possible and happy to do some driving to meet you

  11. Its about 9.5lbs on my bathroom scales but doesnt feel too heavy on the strap. Cant vouch for accuracy of the scales but at £250 you get alot of bass!
  12. Meant to add that its also includes the Bluetooth module so you can load new effects and set eq parameters. great bit of kit and super loud.
  13. Recently bought from Andertons, so in brilliant condition. One small mark on front of the combo which you can see next to the paper. price to sell. Comes with a slip cover, manual and lead. collection please, or we can meet up somewhere thanks, Mike

  15. Any idea of weight pls?
  16. Here are two 3ft speakon cables. Superb quality, and home use only. Retail at £30 each, so two for the price of one. £5.00 postage on top, so two for £35.00 all in. thanks, Mike
  17. thanks Lozz you nailed it!
  18. Just a little heavy…..
  19. They are the 60’s wound pups and i prefer higher output ones like SD’s or toneriders which work well with the kiogin tonepots and s/p switch.
