Does anyone do a High C 5 string as stock or would it just be a case of buying a usuall one and having a new nut installed to accomodate the strings? Cheers.

I havent been to this shop since it was Sound Control, just wondering if there is any point checking it out. I'm visiting family over Christmas period just outside Bristol so was wondering if the trip to the city centre is worth it. Infact, does anyone know of any other decent music shops that might carry a healthy supply of gear, bass mainly but I always enjoy a look around guitar's and drum kits. Thanks in advance

I do like the look of the Little Bastard and at £399 it does seem like it could be good value for money. I'm just wondering how usable it is, I mean 30 watts isn't a great deal of output is it? Do people really expect it to keep up with guitar and drums in a live situation or is it just a really expensive practice head for home and studio use? Curious to know if there is anything else like this out there, ie low wattage valve head. Any ideas?

I played a gig the other night and the bass player from the other 'team' nudged me on the elbow and whispered 'wanna see me bass?' I replied with a reluctant yes at which point he did a drum roll with his mouth followed by the Carmina Burana vocal chant whipped it out out its case and said 'there [b]she[/b] is, isnt [b]she[/b] the most beautiful [b]girl[/b] you've ever seen?' The whole experience sent shivers down my spine and the funny thing was his bass was an Epi Thunderbird!!! Hardly the bass of my dreams and definately not one it would go all emotional over.

I bought one of these a few month ago, which proved to be bad timing because my band split up the same week, so I have no need for it any more. looks just like this: As new condition, never left the house. They go for £100 new so I'll take £50 + p&p. Can upload photo's if anyone would like to see the actual bored.

I had this rig untill quite recently. It comprises of a 4x8 and 1x15 and quite simply it was awesome. I only got rid of it because it wasnt getting used. These cabs pop up every so often and I would definately keep an eye out for them if I was you.

Ultimately that is my aim, but there doesnt seem to be any going second hand night now.

In the sale section there is one of those fine looking EBS Neo 110 going for what looks like a good price and am seriously considering going for it.
