  1. John has restored a couple of early sixties Fenders for me and I really can't fault his workmanship and attention to detail. Theses Bravewood basses are such good value imo 👍
  2. Currently using a Trace Elliot Quatra valve and considering a change ( not so heavy or bulky) to an Ampeg SVT 3 non pro version. Concerned thst it may lack the punch of the Trace, anyone out there unsure one ? How do find them ? Thanks
  3. What part of the country are you please ?
  4. What sort of fretboard please ?
  5. Check out Trace Elliot Twin or Quatra valve (38lbs) if you can find one ! Lovely sounding classic tube head
  6. PMd you weeks ago but still no response !
  7. Oh well, I guess it's not really for sake then ?
  8. Hi, where is the bass and is it available to view ?
  9. Where are you based please ?
  10. 2 Bergie 210s definitely sound better than one ! I wouldn't hesitate if I didn't have 2 already !
  11. Thanks for the heads up guys, I really have to check these out 😀
  12. They have a real beauty in the gallery Camden, it's a 64 in only white, I have played it and it's to die for however, they are asking £4500 so a 63 in lake placid looks like great value to me. Good luck
  13. Thanks Dannybouy, had not really considered micro but will check it out. Cannot seem to find any dealers that yet have Ashdown non ported in stock, definitely a try before you buy at those prices so hoping a fellow basschatter will come up trumps !
  14. Thanks for that, Kevin, if you are out there do get in touch ! Russ
  15. Evening all, has anyone out there had any experience with the new Ashdown 210 sealed Neo cabs, I am looking for a nice tight sounding cab with a good punchy mid without the weight factor so a sealed Neo cab would on the face of it be the perfect solution, or do you know otherwise !!!! Any feedback gratefully accepted
  16. If only I weren't so old and decrepit I would jump at this, I have had V4s and V6s and I have to say they are just THE best ampe ever bar none. I hope it finds a good home Russ
