hi guys just intrigued if im one of the only guys whos changes there board a lot! ie from week to week, new things come in old pedals come back as you suddenly have a flash of how good they sounded. my main thing is fuzz that changes i have a few that stay like the Cog Tarkin and Fuzzrocious Cicada but i seem to have my Grey Stache, Sub machine, Spore, Formula 76, Jupiter, Pumpkin Pi and Zeus on a loop as i love them all and i just like having a different fuzz sound. i do the same with octave up if im feeling more Subtle i use the Ehx Pitchfork 50/50 blend in a more weird mood i grab the Eqd Tentacle recently got back into the Lateral Sounds "Bit" which is a mad bit crusher......i bet you didnt guess! but even this is making wanna grab a few more to try and explore that sound more! if the envelope is touch sensitive id pop it in after the comp, but theres no rules so put it where it sounds right man! Andy

ive done backing vox, its just down to practice, long time playing something very different to what i was singing! always wanted to try a synth like the taurus tho! have thought about getting a minitaur and foot controller. Andy

In that video is the best ive heard the aftershock sound! the wren n cuff ive only played at a few trade shows and they are nice but def a pedal i didnt really bond with, now the tall font russian! thats a really nice pedal! if tho i could add two pedals into the mix the Fuzzrocious Rat/Cat Tail, can do subtle grind to really extreme tones and then the lateral sounds Spore, this can do anything from a clean boost to drive to full out fuzz! great pedal! I use a Origin Cali76 Bass Compact atm amazing but sadly a bit above your price range, does add something to the tone tho so not transparent, the cheap boss lmb isnt that bad actually just leave the enhance knob off! Andy

For me it's all down to what you hear? The hartke at the front seems the norm, if it's time shaping and not for drive however if you want the other effects in the di to foh then maybe the end is better, I prefer flanging drive and driving chorus, so I have my cog chorus before my drives/fuzz and my mood cluster flux after. All down to how it sounds to you as the chorus even on a heavier setting before a drive isn't as noticeable. All down to ears tho, with the boss Lmb-3 id say try it after drive and before and see how it effects the feel, maybe not a massive change in sound but as with comps it's sometimes more a feel thing Andy
