So it had something to reference it against. Personally. I think the UK price is way to high. for it. Was set up for me so only minor tuning was needed play ability very good. Nice action too.   20. Hi have a look on sweetwater Web site. Shows the mexican GL. Moving production is always aboutcheap labour costs. But recently I tried a fender jazz squire. Very impressed made in mexico
  21. Many years ago I picked one up. As a friend had one and a precision. Bass the fender was like playing a plank compared to the rickerbacker. So would love to try one out again. Saying that the fender might had needed setting up. Paul
