3.
I've seen Pete Academy in Nearly Dan a couple of times at the Jazz Café - always excellent. Seen Low End Bee's and Happy Jack's bands, both great fun! Saw Dave Marks in Acton a few weeks ago too. I've even been on the same bill with a couple of BC members, AliceBand was one, they were brilliant and supported Kit for our EP launch. I need to get out and see urb's outfit, Dick Venom and the Terrortones with Big Red X, Cetera in Dressed to Kill, Clarky in All the Queen's Ravens, and others. There're some real quality acts on Basschat. Who do you want to see, or have seen?
You've also seen one of my bands I've seen The Jetsonics and hope to see them again soon

 6. To be honest, I felt that there was less slapping than last year.
 7.
Back home! I met Shelley (seashell) early on in the day, then spent most of the time flitting from one masterclass or gig to another. We were unable to identify most of you guys who were there, though, and hoped you would recognise us. Rumple, you should have said hi! And seashell was with me while I was talking to Jason of Rotosound.
I recognised you

 10. I shall be wandering randomly on Saturday. Hope to see some of you there. I'll be wearing a TENEK hoodie or t-shirt. I'm @YTDS on Twitter

 12.
Ah. Sam Jetsonic went to your old school too. I'm very sorry for hiding halfbricks in your long jump sand pit. I trust you weren't injured?
It's ok, I never did athletics, I always played cricket in the summer term.
 13.
Small world. I had to stuff that bloody green blazer in my Adidas bag for the first couple of years. It definitely wasn't the thing to wear on White City Estate!
Your school backed onto my school's playing fields. I worked it out through the Mikey Craig connection. He's a good mate of mine, but not through music. We played for the same sunday football team until 2003.
 14.
Former pupils at my school included Andy Fraser, Glen Matlock and Mikey 'Culture Club' Craig. Also former Brentford manager and professional swearer Wally Downes.
Did you have to wear a green blazer?
 15. Punk was definitely a good thing. I've always thought that the attitude was as important and influential as the music. It was punk + ska that that gave us The Specials and the Two Tone label. I'd also like to show some love for The Ruts and The Skids
 16.
I find it much easier with front fret-markers. On dark stages, with bright lights flashing, I find the side-markers just aren`t big enough.
Like Lozz said
 17. I still own and use all of these. The year of purchase is in brackets... Alligator A30 combo (1984) Alligator A100 combo (1987) Trace Elliot BLX130 combo (1995) Trace Elliot 1153H cab (1995) Trace Elliott AH 300 head (1998) Trace Elliott 2103H cab (1998) Both the Alligators were "all-purpose" ones. I also play keyboards and guitar and I was still at school when I bought the first one. It made financial sense to have one one amp that I could use for everything.
 18.
Gotta go with this one - great album!
I was fortunate enough to be in the audience one of the shows recorded for the album (Woolwich Coronet) My first Level 42 gig. I was a 17 year old pianist/wannabe guitarist, and I went to "see what this Mark King was all about"
 19. Gary Numan (Paul Gardiner) - Living Ornaments '79/Living Ornaments '80/Living Ornaments '81 Level 42 - A Physical Presence

 21. I was also born in 1968 http://basschat.co.u...bass-look-like/
 22. I still see myself as a pianist/keyboard player who plays bass, so playing synth bass has never been a problem. When doubling at a gig, I usually use a Roland Juno G, sometimes with the keyboard split.
 23.
It wouldn't surprise me and still charge us the same price for the MIJ version. I noticed the 70's Pbass is same price as the Jbass over the pond, yet they're £200+ more over here. THANK YOU FENDER UK/EU!!!
They're Chinese.
