  1. For sale, my Source Audio Hub. This is the MIDI interface to control any Source Audio pedal. It's in great condition with pedal board tape on the botton and the original box. I'm looking for £45 shipped on a UK signed for service.
  2. One sold now. So only one left at £180, but after hearing the first one again when I demo'd & sold it, if this one doesn't sell I really won't mind keeping it.
  3. Price now £450 £420 OR NEAREST SENSIBLE OFFER For sale - my GSS 26B400. This comprises the GSS 06B400 cab & amp combo with the GSS 06BC200 extension cabinet. These cabs each have a 6.5 inch speaker and the power amp has 2x100W outputs with Bass, Mid, Treble & Volume controls, and a Mute switch. Their weights are 7kg & 6.5kg respectively. It's a really light and portable little rig for quieter gigs. Both speakers have a tilt back design. You can stack them and tilt the top speaker as I have shown in one of the photos, but I found for the best monitoring results I placed both cabs side-by-side and tilted them both up towards me. Just to be clear - this isn't a rig for loud gigs. I used it for electric bass in a trio with a cajon & acoustic guitar, and for upright bass in an americana outfit with drums, mandolin, banjo & acoustic guitar. In those quieter volume level gigs this rig is awesome and totally holds it's own. You can see from the photos that the front grilles are of a slightly different design. This is because I purchased these a few months apart and in that time GSS had changed the design. I have bought two plain black matching grilles in the UK to replace the stock ones but I hadn't ever got round to swapping them over. I'll throw the new grilles in with the sale. They cost me around £70. New, at today's prices, this whole rig will set you back (in Euros) 600 for the cabs & amp, zip up covers 70, second speaker lead 16, and 54 shipping. Add on 20% import duty as GSS are in France. All in around 870 Euros. That's about £740. I'm looking for £500. As light and portable as these are I don't want to ship them, so it's either collection from London N4 or a meet up somewhere not too far away. I do go up to Northamptonshire fairly regularly too if that makes things easier for a meet up. https://www.guitarsoundsystems.com/gss-26b400-mini-bass-amp-c2x14812115
  4. You're sending messages to the Stomp fine, so you are definitely sending those messages on MIDI CH 1 from the MC3. Make sure the messages for the C4 are being sent on MIDI CH 2 from the MC3. And make sure MIDI THRU is enabled in the Stomp (Global Settings > MIDI)
  5. A Stomp will be perfect for your needs. And they sound great if you take the time to dial in your sounds.
  6. Try using the Regal by itself. The Noble is a DI after all. When the Regal was released recently I tried it with my tried & trusted Bassman-IR-Para EQ preset that I’ve been using for a while. I wasn’t impressed. Then I tried using the Regal block by itself, and it sounded really good. So much so, that it’s my go to sound now. I have a Japanese FSR Mustang that I was about to sell here which now sounds better than I’ve ever heard it. I’m not selling it now. I’ve actually had several musicians & engineers comment on my tone since I switched to the Regal.
  7. It does have one. I tried that and my hand just doesn't sit right there. And when I used a feedback buster I got black rubber all over my thumb lol.
  8. They have added some cheaper options on the shipping now. £16 for a 1st class international package. I’ll probably try one now.
  9. I have a Fender Kingman acoustic bass. As there's no pick up I'd like something to rest my thumb on without screwing or glueing it on. I'd try something like this if they weren't taking the p!ss with the shipping costs.
  10. I would have bought one of these. $20 would have been worth a punt. But their website quoted me $60 for shipping to the UK. Add on import duty and it's definitely not worth a punt.
  11. It doesn't have any onboard effects, just loop switching and MIDI in & out.
  12. I remember the V1 not working at all for me but V2 worked fine, if that helps.
  13. I just sold Dan a pedal. As always, he's easy to trade with. Defo recommended. Thanks again Dan.
  14. I would prefer to sell these as a pair. But somebody has just asked me if I'll sell him just one of them, so if anybody else wants the other one do give me a shout. But for now at least they're still a pair of speakers for sale.
  15. For sale - my Sennheiser E935 vocal microphone. It's slightly crisper sounding than their E835 mic, and a significant step up from the Shure SM58. This is a used mic so it does have a couple of marks on the metal body, as shown in the photos, but it's still in very good condition. I look after my gear and this mic has a clean grill and has been kept in it's pouch when not in use. Included in the sale is the mic clip. They're around £155 new and I'm looking for £95. That includes signed for shipping to the UK. https://www.andertons.co.uk/live-pa/live-microphones/sennheiser-e935-dynamic-microphone
  16. Last one left. Now £170. For sale, 2 x Eden EX112 8ohm 300W cabs. Each cab has a 12 inch neodymium speaker with a concentric tweeter mounted in the centre of the speaker. This really helps keep the cabinet size and weight to a minimum and a top mounted handle makes the 13.7kg an easy carry. These are lightly gigged and in great condition. They both have Roqsolid covers, also in almost new condition. I replaced the original jack input sockets with speakons but I will include the old jack sockets in the sale too. I used these with my Genz Benz Streamliner amp and they sounded really good. As a 2x12 rig they can get pretty loud. I think their sound quality punches well above their original cost. They were over £300 each when I bought them new and I'm looking for £320 for the pair. Shipping will be an issue due to weight and size so I'm looking for collection from London N4, or a meet up somewhere convenient. I do head up to Northamptonshire reasonably regularly too if that helps.
  17. For sale, my Cioks DC5 pedal board power supply. Switchable 9, 12 or 18V and total output current of 900mA. This was mounted under a pedal board for a short while but was never gigged. Hence, it's in perfect contition. It comes with all the factory supplied cables, mounting screws, drilling template, and I'll include an IEC adaptor. No original box. I'm looking for £95 including signed for delivery to a UK address.
  18. For sale, two brand new and unopened sets of D'Addario ENR72, 50-105 gauge long scale half round strings. £30 each, £55 the pair, posted to a UK address. Or a couple of quid off for collection and a cuppa from London N4.
  19. PRICE DROP, NOW £260 For sale, my Boss ES5 switcher. I've owned this for 5 years, it was briefly on a pedal board but has spent most of it's life unused in a cupboard. Aside from a small scratch on the front (shown below) it's in immaculate condition. I don't have the original box. These switchers are really handy, you can change loop order, full midi control in & out, but if you're reading this you probably already know what it's capable of. As they're no less than £430 new I'm looking for £280. I'd prefer collection from London N4, but I will consider shipping it to a UK address on a signed for service.
  20. For sale, my Source Audio Aftershock. It's in immaculate condition with pedal board tape on the bottom. It is boxed with the original PSU & Includes the 1/8” to 1/4” cable to connect to the Neuro Mobile App. Price includes Signed for UK shipping. I'll knock a fiver off for collection in person, I'm in london N4. I'm also selling a Source Audio Hub here, and I'll do a good deal if somebody takes them both together.
  21. Thanks for that suggestion. It looks a bit of a large room for what I need. But I appreciate the reply.
  22. I think a private booking may not be the way to go. Possibly a pub that won't mind a free band (the birthday girl is paying us), we'll bring the 25-30 people, and the pub is still open to the public. The pub will just need a license for a 4 piece band. I will supply PA, as big or small as is needed for the size of the room.
  23. Can anybody recommend any small venues, or pubs with a music license, in the Chelmsford area please. I want somewhere to host a small birthday party, 30 guests max, with one of my bands playing a couple of sets. Thanks in advance.
  24. A mate of mine has an 80s Tokai Breezysound, their Telecaster copy. It's one of his favourite guitars.
