1. good lord that arm cutaway is gorgeous. Shame the bass is backwards O.o /lefty
2. ey up! sent a warwick to germany not 4 weeks ago- back to its homeland y'see, it had a midlife crisis. I digress. I used interparcel.com , great site, easy to use and cheap too- it got insurance etc so you can make sure you're covered . All you need to do it print off a label and attach it before they come and they'll pick it up off thee too. Can't go wrong *edit* oddly enough its the one to my left. Really need to update my avatar...
3. oh thank god, my bank manager will be so pleased
4. he's right you know, it is. I've checked the link and everything. On a more serious note: aaaaagh what the hell is that?!!?! I kinda like it in an odd way...

10. if the price is putting you off custom, you could always get just a custom neck made and get it fitted to a body shape that conforms to your tastes, might save you a bit of dough
11. agreed, always nice to have another lefty on the forum
On a different note, it'd be nice if they'd expand the CustomShop options further, so ALL body shapes (past & present) were available in any wood choice- Choose your body shape / number of strings Choose your wood Choose construction method Choose your neck wood Choose your fretboard Choose your Pick-ups Choose your EQ etcetera... Without incurring the massive costs associated with CS services. Much of the work is done with CNC routers. I appreciate that Zebrano, Ebony, Bubinga, Ziricote and figured/spalted woods are going to cost more in any given shape, but they really do overcharge you for the privilege. If you configure a standard model using the C/S bass construcion tool, it costs way more than buying the exact same model "off the shelf"!
I seemed to remember that it wasnt too costly to do this: plus you get the custom shop case candy which has loads of stuff in over the standard kit. I last looked at this a while back so I'm probably misinformed
