Mini-blog of the mini-bash finally online! See here: http://wp.me/p2ZbyY-mO As I said to those who were there, I'll need help with most of your BC names, so I've numbered some of the shots to allow you to PM me or post here saying "I'm in pic no. 8 " or whatever, if you'd like to be mentioned Thanks again -

Great stuff! Thanks Nik and Loraine. I'm working on my own photos and blog - stay tuned -
I could pin the thread right now, but I have asked the mods if it's possible to thin the forest of already existing pins at the top of General Discussion first, to avoid overcrowding. This thread is more useful and relevant than several of the currently pinned threads.

Jack and I will get on the road later this morning - after The Gig From Hell on Friday evening and a great but tiring gig last night. Not sure we'll be able to arrive in time to catch Jake's talk, so if anyone can take a pic or two of him, I can then add them to my mini-blog of the mini-bash See you later! -
Couldn't make it this year - hopefully next. Enjoy! (And gi's a few pics and/or a blog, please )

Not that easily. Double basses have a bass bar under the E string, and switching the strings around - even after re-doing the nut and the grooves in the bridge - doesn't quite make a righty a lefty. Also the soundpost will need to be moved.
