    Well this is my number 3 at the 'mo so my rules are if a bass stays unplayed for 6 months it gets moved on,I love the look of it its stunning in the flesh but I'm looking for something different.Its in great shape with only a small mark on the headstock(where else!) and a very little mark on the back as for trades- MM Sterling, Warwick Streamer Jazzman,Sandberg ect but no Jazz'es or Bart PU's . Oh yea it comes with a MM Hard case and I'm in Chorley the home of the cake.Cheers

    I got 12 JJ 6L6's and 4 12AX7's for 130 quid delivered from Eurotubes and it sounds fantastic much better than the Stock Mesa's Chinese tubes it came with.

    I think he comes on this forum anyway or use to, when we where Basstalk(?) he kept advertising as a private seller but selling vast amounts of basses.

    Your bang on with the Bassman like sound a cracking amp wish I still had mine worst thing I ever did.

    Frusciante looked a little p*ssed off and avoided eye contact with the others,might be me but they normally look like they are having great fun

    Was it me or did there seem to be a lot of tension on that stage between them .

    I think the best thing about having castors is that you can remove the back ones and have it pointing upwards for better monitoring, the other thing is having castors takes away/reduces the boominess from a wooden hollow stage.

    My 2 G&L SB2's one was in black with maple neck I traded them for a Ric 4003 what was I thinking, Hey Homer if you fancy a trade for your old Bongo I might be interested in your Sterling .

    Yea I agree! Major major Bargain easily up there with Eden ect. I've never seen anything bad from HK -German quality.

    I believe theres a shortage of Rack ears for Markbass so it might be out of there hands, if you live in the US there is no a one to be had anywhere.

    I had one but sold it mostly because of a very small lag from when you play it to the sound coming out I felt disconnected from it somewhat and it got lost in the mix easily.

    Funny you should say this I was after a new Valve head a few months ago and went through all my old Bassist magazines and saw the review for the Koch head and cab,It got a great review and when I tried to look for info on the net I found nothing on the bass side,I would love to try one -I once tried a Koch guitar head and was most impressed with the sound and quality.

    The best guitarist I've ever played with did'nt play all the time he turned down for verses and added texture when required and played with such a great feel for the Whole band (I always said he would make a great bass player).

    Do they take part in any weekend warrior stuff I bet thats a great money spinner with all them 40's50's year old retired muso's, I've always seen them at the indie Music shops never SC.
