2. Interesting! I'm still on the stock valves personally, but would be interested to hear more valve comparisons, like happy jack posted when he changed his out, if you are able. Cheers.

I think you made a good choice!
4.
Anything from really poppy stuff like Lady Gaga, to Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet For My Valentine etc.... But mostly Pop/Punk (Bowling For Soup, Good Charlotte, Sum 41 etc...) I have considered a Big Muff, but i'm not sure i'd need the crazy amounts of fuzz, although i do play Muse stuff, so its a possibilty. An OC-2 is on my list of pedals to get eventually though, along with an EHX Bass Micro Synth. Liam
I'm in Manchester if you wanna give a EHX Bass Big Muff, or an old black russian Big Muff a go anytime...
5. Bit of a change around for this next gig, took a few pedals off the board, added a Novation Bass Station and a Gameboy
6. Hmmm, having problems pm'ing from my phone, send you when I get home, but can I have dibs please? Ta.
7. Pm coming for the deviever!
8.
I saw her in Vegas about 3-4 years ago & was outstanding. I've been trying to find out what the round light up table was with the accoutriments was that they used for Desired Constellation. Any ideas?
Its called a Reactable, you can get a little iPhone version too... http://www.reactable.com/
9. I'm a massive Bjork fan, absolutely love her music. I went to see her the night before my wedding about 200 or so miles away from where I should have been to get married a few years ago, and I was worried the first words I would say to my wife to be when I saw her would be "Bjork was amazing!" I'm not that into this remix of Isobel to be honest though. The Biophilia shows in Manchester earlier this year were phenomenal. Only time I would ever get GAS for a Tesla coil!
10. I probably need to go to bed and approach it in a more patient mood I just want those wobbles, right now! lol.
11. I figured it would be a setting for the controller on the BEF as it kinda goes with his hand movements... hmmm...
12. Got mine in the post today... I'm finding it complicated Any idea how I get the drop kind of effect with the hot hand at 33 seconds on the nathan navarro vid? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEdGA-FmENY
13.
Hey mate, Were you on that video with Leyland Band at that church in Preston? I used to play bass trombone for them back then... you guys were epic!
Cheers man, Yeah that's us! Was an absolutely fantastic opportunity working with you guys! Loved it
14. Hiya Dave, welcome to the forum (and Manchester)! If you fancy it, there is a free gig for basschat members and salford uni students - http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=162814707136609 So you are eligible twice!
15. So it's been a year in October since we put out our self produced album for free online at www.dresdenmusic.com , so we decided that was reason enough to put on our party frocks, gig some new tracks and generally have a massive night out. We are gonna be selling a limited hand numbered CD on the night, only 100 made, with a couple of new tracks. Awesome support by Super 8 Cynics, and all topped off by some special guest DJ's! The best bit? Us... oh, no, what I meant was, the best bit, I will guestlist any Basschat member who wants to come along, so saving you £4 or £5! So anyone fancies it, please PM your name, and I will sort it out for you!
16. Looks brilliant, love the colour... Makes me tempted
17. I'm sold on anything with maple neck and black blocks and binding
18. Just to update this, now the vast majority of these have done the same and fell apart inside pedals. Avoid like the plague...
19. So I got some nice looking right angled low profile patch leads, from an eBay seller called weardaleelectrics about 6 or 7 months ago, and now I'm up to about 6 of them that have just disintegrated in my pedals, leaving me to perform surgery to remove the parts of the tips left floating around inside Not a happy bunny, so I'm deciding to scrap all the rest before they do it too... Pedal board space is at a premium, so I need right angled and low profile to get teh most out of my board... I see the name 'George L' bandied around a lot, but never seen where sells them. Any other links to quality, reliable, low profile, right angled patch leads? 6" and 12" lengths needed. (I don't ask much do I! ) Cheers for looking folks!
20. if its a sounblox envelope filter pro with that hot hand. i may have just been convinced!
21.
ta muchly. i fancy one of those hot-hand things too. there's a cool clip on youtube i found the other day whist browsing on TB. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEdGA-FmENY.
That's a great sound, any idea what exactly he is using?
22. If this hasn't gone by the time I manage to get the 2x15 to you I may be very interested!
23. Same here, I went to listen, but no success...
24. Haha, sorry, I dunno really... First off, what type of adaptor will I need? Any good sound settings you can pass on? Any idea what settings were used on 'climbing up the wall's? Any tips or pointers would be awesome basically, thanks!
