  1. Stunning
  2. Sweet
  3. I think that looks rather tasty without the guard!
  4. Can't believe this is still here! This is one of the nicest sounding fretless basses I've ever heard. The asking of £1000 is likely a 3rd of what it would cost to buy this new now. If I was still playing big basses, I'd have to jump at this. Someone please buy this, treat yourself!
  5. Happy to help, and glad to hear your son picked the right side
  6. I would go for the Warwick. If you slap, you'll appreciate having a tweeter, and it's the only combo that has one. The Warwick BC80 also has the largest speaker and the highest output. Although all your options will be much better quality than your SubZero combo, only the Warwick will give you a lot more volume too.
  7. Absolutely stunning matey. I'll be it's amazing!
  8. I sold Paddy a Bass Big Muff. An absolute pleasure to deal with, great communication, and a lovely guy to boot. Thank you dude! Eude

Ooooooffft! Are these Maruszczyks? Got some full body shots?
  11. Electro Harmonix Bass Clone in good condition. Decent velcro attached to the bottom, and comes with original box. £45 including UK mainland courier. Now £40 including UK mainland courier. Thanks for looking! Eude
  12. When you really pop the A string it will be getting into the magnetic field of the poles under the E string, so it would suggest that those pole pieces might have gone wrong?
  13. I love the fact you use all kinds of effects, regardless of brand, and share your experiences! Keep it up dude!
  14. That would be a rather elaborate way to intentionally annoy someone 😎
  15. To be fair, I think anyone who would buy a real one can be pretty confident this knock off won't bring the goods. It will be a preamp, a DI and a dirt pedal, for those on a budget, but if you only have £60 to spend, you would never be buying a proper Aggie one anyway. I think these guys should just do their own thing, by all means take influence for the guts, plenty of others do, but surely coming up with their own style and then applying it across their range shouldn't be that tricky?
  16. https://affordaboard.co.uk/browse-stock/ols/products/demonfx-tone-mallet £60.
  17. Maybe it was all smoke and mirrors back then after all...
  18. I am speaking from fairly limited exposure to be fair, but I just hark back to the olden days when folks like Boss, Zoom and Digitech would release bass specific units alongside the Guitar focussed ones. Your point about it being especially useful when you play other instruments is a good one though.
  19. It does look pretty complete, bar the synth as you say. The ME-90B has the edge of you want to make adjustments on the fly, and basically run your multi effects like a pedal board, with benefits, but this new effort still catches my eye, I love the size of it especially. I hear you about it being a faff for manufacturers, and yes a simple "hide guitar stuff" option would be perfect. Would be nice if they'd give the loyal bassists who use their stuff a bone now and again...
