    Here's a few shots of mine. Waiting on a GGG delay that'll go in the top left, but that will be after the new year probably. Chain is Bass > GGG Green Sovtek Muff > DHA > XO Microsynth > TU-2. Enjoy!

    Word on the 'street' is that Warmoth necks are slightly bigger and chunkier than a 'normal' jazz. I may very well be wrong, seeing as I've never had a Warmoth neck, but just a heads up!

    Forgot to say, both the black and green and civil war etc muffs are 'sovtek'. Just incase you didn't know

    One sounds amazing, one sounds terrible I used to have a green sovtek, but sold it £160. One went on ebay last week for £72. As it turns out, I built a clone of a green sovtek from www.generalguitargadgets.com and it sounds the same as the £160 one, but cost me about £40 - something to think about if you can solder

    I must stress this is very much a FEELER!! I'm GASsing for a Jazz and can only afford it if this sells. Just seeing if there's any interest. Anyways... 1985 Gibson G-3...These were stopped being made in 1982, however there were a couple made (literally, I know of only one other one made in 1985) from spare parts when Gibson production moved to Kalamazoo (or Nashville?? I forget!) Theres some slight cosmetic damage...some checking on the finish from the temperature (there before in my hands), and a slight 5p sized ding on the beck of the neck. So yes...here's some pics. Pricewise...I'm looking at [b]£550 plus postage.[/b] I have a car so can meet fairly reasonably, but petrol money would be useful! Comes with a (slightly tatty) original case which works fine apart from one of the hinges doesn't lock.

    Hello there, I haven't been in a band for a couple of years now and want to get back into it. I'm 23, have my own transport and just want to get back into playing with others (if you will).     I've had 2 jazzes before, and dug them. But GAS always got the better of me and I sold them to fund other things. Maybe if I custom make one, it will be a keeper....maybe

Lake Placid Blue or CAR body from ebay (off the stratosphere probably) Warmoth Tele bass neck with rosewood board Wizard Pickups Schaller tuners Gotoh 201 bridge Any tips, advice, 'don't do it'!!!'s, or general statements?? I already have a Gibson g-3, but the jazz seems to be luring me for some reason.
