1. The first two numbers of the serial on Modulus basses tells the year. Since this one starts with 03 it would make it a 2003. The headstock shape of the post 2001 flea basses are also different to earlier ones. This definitely has the later headstock. Nice bass though. GLWS

Hi all, Due to recent expensive acquisitions I am now sadly having to off load my beloved Streamer Stage II from '94. As most of you hardcore Warwick fans out there would agree, these early 90s Wicks are absolutely wonderful instruments. The condition is good with light signs of use, MEC pickups and 3 band preamp with Wenge neck and fingerboard. It has never left my house since its purchase 5 years ago and it's always been well kept and taken cared of. Does not come with a warwick hardcase or tool kit as this is how I got it when bought 5 years ago but will be supplied with a Warwick-type rock bag deluxe. The bass is currently being serviced by my tech (pro-set up/cleaning with new strings) and will be ready around the week of 24th of November. No trades please, unless you're looking to off load a Wal MK2 5 string fretless then I'm all eyes and ears Looking for £1500 OBO. Pics are not of the highest quality but will try to take new ones soon. Trials are obviously welcomed and encouraged. Any questions please let me know. Many thanks for looking.
4. I think I recognise this bass. I remember seeing it on Bravewood website about 2 years ago, and as the OP mentioned it was originally built for John Elliott himself. John mentioned that it was initially sold due to personal reasons but then he bought it back few years after that. He kept it for awhile and sold it again. If I remember correctly, the bass originally came with real vintage parts (real '64 pickguard, control plate etc.) but John removed the parts prior to the sale. If it's the same bass then the OP beat me to it as I was really interested in the bass! Cracking bass though and I'm sure it won't be here for long GLWS.

6. Bought a bass from Daniel today and I can safely say that he is very trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and a very very nice bloke to deal with. Was asking him about a where I could get a spare pickguard for the bass but alas it had to be custom made so he ended up tracing one for me! Highly recommended. Thanks Daniel!
7. Totally agree with the post above. Had Jon as a teacher for over 2 years when I was living in Cardiff and I can totally vouch for the guy. Really nice bloke and awesome teacher/player!

11. Hi guys, Thinking of swapping a Badass Bridge V that was factory fitted on my J bass for a Hipshot B 5 strings bridge. Just wondered if the Hipshot B 5 strings bridge would line up directly with the pre-drilled holes of the Badass V or do I have to drill any extra holes to line the Hipshot up properly? I also remember that Hipshot B 5 strings bridges have 5 screw holes instead of 6 like the Badass V and was wondering if the Hipshot would be large enough to cover the 6th hole that was drilled for the Badass V? Just wondered if any of you guys had any experiences with both bridges. Many thanks in advance!
