Nice photo of St. Andrews Church, central Singapore (with The Westin Stamford Hotel behind, plus Suntec City, Japanese War memorial and SRC - Singapore Recreation Club) ! I once got the International School minibus locked inside the church grounds as I got back there too late (free parking at that time - hard to find in the city) so had to get up really early and take the MRT into the city to rescue it (and myself). -
Exceptional example of (a) great instrument(s). I'm currently enjoying an ACG Rc-FL5 and have owned a Rc4 in the past. This is probably the nicest Rc4 I've seen - shame (for me) its not a 5 :- -
Update/warning: I finally decide to return this bass as there was just too much to sort (expensive) and the seller wasn't willing to admit or help. It could well appear again, so here are some photos of what it looks like now (or when I originally received it). The Schaller bridge is knackered (requires at least 2 new saddles plus others anchor bolts/washers). The electronics work OK but are not original plus (neither are the pickups) one knob doesn't work (in addition to the extra 'hole'). Neck seems OK but needs tidying around headstock & truss rod. Body needs refinish and is slightly warped also :-

The top (and MHS) is spalted birch. What is the original circuit / controls?

Looks nice ... but what's happened re. the knobs? They don't seem to be equally spaced (?) unless it's an illusion of the photography. Who fitted the East sytem and is the original Marleaux (either A-P or Programmable circuit with Vol, Pan + 3EQ?) still with the bass?

Cavity / electronics photos below. I'd like to try something more original / 'better (possibly Bartolini - the p/ups are the same dimensions) .. but as it sounds OK/good as-is, I don't want to spend a lot of time/££ only to realise it's no better. Might just keep a watch for used components. :-
