1. I would say someone who makes a living playing bass (either in the studio, as a live deposit, teaching etc). Sadly I don't think skill level matters. Right place right time/ knowing the right people
2. Yeah I know Rich. Really nice guy. Muzz I'm really looking forward to getting back on stage. Definitely get some gigs together next year!
3. Our new singer Bexie James (https://m.facebook.com/BexieJamesOfficial) Our previous singer left a few months ago. After holding some auditions the decision was pretty easy to make. Bex has such a lovely voice and is great fun. Fits in with us really well. We've rerecorded one of our songs which you can find here... For free! http://www.reverbnation.com/khaostheory/song/22465943-thorns-of-black More info can be found on our main page https://www.facebook.com/khaostheoryofficial
4. I think it's designed for that but I don't want to start messing with my swollen pickle (that sounds wrong)
5. Awesome. That does help. I think I'll make it a new year project. My girlfriend works in a metal factory so I might buy a pre made enclosure and get her to drill it out
6. Currently using a swollen pickle m2. Love Fuzz
7. I've decided to attempt to make a blend pedal so I can add some clean signal to mix in with my Fuzz. Now I think I know what I'm doing but I would like some input before I start spending money. I have found this pre built circuit (http://shop.pedalparts.co.uk/Blender_signal_mixer/p847124_8681943.aspx) and I can get any extra bits and the enclosure online. Now on the schematic that site shows would I connect one input to "input" and the other to "rcv" and then connect the "output" and "snd" to the output jack? Sorry if that makes no sense to anyone and thanks if it does
8. Just seen this whilst on Facebook. Had a quick look thru and there's some good stuff going. Thought I would share it with you lot http://northamptonbands.com/2014/11/peavey-electronics-announce-massive-sale-excess-stock/
9. Good old Red light syndrome. Last time I was in the studio recoding my latest EP I nailed the two hard tracks and then RLS kicks in on a track I could play in my sleep using my feet.
10. I'm dating the drummer who was a good friend before the band started Been friends with the guitarist for a while but since being in the band that bond has increased
11.
Blimey, maybe I'm talking to the wrong people then. I've emailed them (very nicely) four times now concerning my ultralite tuners. Not a sausage have i heard in reply.
How strange. I received my replies pretty quick. Maybe give them a phone call, your emails could have ended up in their junk folder (long shot but stranger things have happened)
12. We're a hard rock band based in Redditch/Birmingham. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are now on the look out for a new singer!! If you (or anyone you know) would be interested in having an audition with us in a few weeks time, please send us a message - or check out the link below! http://www.bandmix.co.uk/khaostheory
13. Who steals knobs? (no rude jokes needed)
14. Is quite possibly the best I've experienced in a while. Having emailed them in regards to which speaker I needed to replace my broken one, I received a quick reply from Guy who was helpful in answering a few other questions. Finally got round to ordering my new speaker which arrived within two days of my order. Very well packaged. Great products with great service. I can see me sticking with ashdown stuff for a while now
15. Played at the Attic in Tamworth last night. Really good little venue. WWas the first gig we've played since I finalised my pedal board and since our guitarist got a whole new set up. Was good to hear how we sounded outside of the practice studio... Which was very good!
16. Here I have a 10" Bugera speaker. I don't really know much about it as someone fitted it to my Ashdown 2x10 cab when one of my speakers blew. I've not gigged with it or really used it when I saw the ohmage difference. Looking for £30 + postage
17. I think I'm finished now. Don't think I need anything else or have the space for anything else.

NPD!

Just received my Boss GEB 7. I have a gig tonight so I'm gonna try and fit it on my board as soon as I get to the venue and just wing using it. I only need it to tame my Swollen Pickle
20. A 1k rig with full pa support should just about be enough
21. Just interested to know how you go about storing/transporting all your leads. I used to place mine in the front pocket of my bass bag but once I started getting into pedals I started using a normal backpack. Until recently when I acquired this. (see pics). I added a few karabiners and a spare bass strap so I can carry it easier.
