1. Aarrrghhhhh gutted Have a heavy hearted bump
2. You mentioned you would possibly trade for the Stryker. This very special bass is mine and possibly up for sale / trade. What combo of your Warwicks or bass + cash would you want to offer? Please bear in mind i'm not looking at fretless
3. The Stryker is still around but depends what you were offering in exchange
4. Economy still not moving Markus. I thought this would go pretty swiftly. I'll even accept a cheaper bass or guitar ( about £1k ) plus cash
5. I'm really hoping my guitars will sell pretty soon folks, If you are interested please feel free to make an offer. Whats the worst that could happen?
6. If only i had summat to trade. Great fun bass
7. I'm very tempted but driving up to you is not possible.
8.
Definitely a weapons grade bellend...
+1 Very eloquent Fubar
9. We tend to charge our standard wedding fee and as they tend to be in our locality we don't hike expenses or expect a rider. They are very fruitful as they do tend to generate a good number bookings for the coming spring/summer wedding season so its a double whammy. We all have kids so we don't go out at Christmas unless its silly money and 100% agreed, if anyone is reluctant it doesn't happen, no hassle. NYE is reliant on inflated fee and a big fat alcohol rider, an understanding that the band will be partying is also mandatory. I can't remember the last year I didn't 'work' so it appears to be an acceptable modus operandi.
10. Its an awesome bass Andy. I coveted the Zoids for quite some time. The Hollywood top on mine is incredible, almost white except for a few natural features and grain, a bit more understated than some of the more elaborate tops.Exquisitely made and plays like a dream. If my need for basses wasnt changing she'd be staying put. Saying that, the way the market is at the moment it may just be worth putting her away or on the wall for a while until things start moving again. Hopefully the guitar part exchange will make it an easier or more attractive proposition for someone. C'mon gasers do your worst.
11. Thanks For the kind words Kev, theres the breaks with trading but im sure things will sort out soon enough. There appears to be a good selection of W&T basses on here at the moment which is great for the buyers so I may just hang onto it for a wee while and see how the market moves. I'll give her another week and maybe try one of my other basses. All the best Kev, GLWTS on the Ashdown. I was seriously hoping youd bond with it but you came up with the same issues as me with its vastness. Such a class amp though. Cheers Col
12. This is an incredible deal. £1600???? The head cost more than that alone.
13.
Yes, this was exactly what I meant. I love this gorgeous bass but don't currently have the funds. Sorry if I upset anyone!
No upset sir, very early morning misunderstanding!! Apologies Lust away guys, shes definately a world class instrument. She'll be here for you if your boat comes in.
14. There seems to be a choice of Zoids at the moment but thanks for the comment Sir. Very kind :-)
15. No longer accepting part exchange unfortunately.
