1. pm's returned. Head still available, cab has been withdrawn.
2. PM's replied, both still available and both are COLLECTION ONLY! (now had a request for international shipping!). These are stupid cheap and i think i will withdraw them if they don't sell soon, getting silly now.
3. Both still available. Had a few requests for delivery, these are both collection only. Working full time gives me no chance to wait around for a courier collection, and given the loose part in the head i wouldn't want to ship it again. £80 for head, £100 for cab.
4. Some more pictures of the Trace Elliot head: As mentioned, the handle is broken, but this is still a stupid bargain for an old english classic.
5. You just won't find another bass for this or double this price that will match it, the wenge nacks are just fantastic. Idea of replacing this with a Fender is criminal! bump for an awesome instrument!
6. all pm's replied, sorry about delays. For now, still available
7. Bass long, long sold.
8. Not personally seen a dark stain version of this before, always been curious as to how these basses play and sound
9. Gorgeous, finish is identical to my own '90 thumb Bump
10. oo that was my first post, seems a little slow..... Site looks good though, take getting use to of course!
11. Has it been disclosed how you access the mobile site on non-iPhone smartphones????
12. Not much use now mate but this is exactly what i'm looking for, and will 100% take this from you if its still available at the end of this month.
13. Il come with my Warwick, Perhaps update original post to say who's coming and bringing what??
14. I would be up for it for sure, only down the road in Warwick.
15. By all means if you are in no rush for money then no harm in trying to get that for it, but be prepared for a likely longgg wait! do you want to disclose how much you paid for it?
16. Okay, well it will be £100 a piece. Had interest in the head and both too, but interest is all it has been at the moment.
17. Pm's replied to. Here's a pic.. Will split, but only if i get a sale for both as i don't wish to be stuck with one
18.
i think the circuits are either identical or very very similar to civil war muffs anyway what did you mean not all original?
True, but the value of these old muffs, as with most pedals, is in the rarity rather than the sound, and the Civil War muffs are far rarer... Just a pedantic point, the one knob isn't original Maybe i'm wrong, not been in the buying/selling effect game for around 2 years so im out of touch! Out of interest, you say you have used it for a few months, how much did you pay for it may i ask?
19. To be honest, £300 seems MENTAL for a green muff, surely not?!! Have been out the game for a while though so maybe im wrong, but i swear the Civil War Gilmour muffs weren't even getting this much earlier this year. Id honestly think about £150 would be the ceiling price, particularly as its not all original?
20. Jesus wept, i have been out of the effects game for a while! Bump!
21. Please excuse my ignorance, but what benefits does this combo have over the MB112 200w combo that is half its price?? I have little experience with the GK range however i am looking for a compact combo so any info would be great
22. VERY cheap for what it is, i would definetly get it looked at before knocking 2 thousand quid off its value!!

Warwicks

I don't find the Warwick range too complicated, compare to Fender for example. To echo comments above, avoid buying new at the moment, just depreciate immediately and you'll lose alot when you sell; however if you pick a new one up and its perfect, you may never sell! Best bet is a 2nd hand one on here or ebay. Older the better IMHO, alhough the more recent ones get very positive reviews, but then again not many of them will be up for sale at the moment. I would look for a nice 90's active Corvette standard with a nice slim wenge neck for about 500-600 quid. If your budget is a bit higher, the streamer of WH above is pretty tasty, as is the other '91 streamer NT owned by Luke that is up for sale at the moment. Whilst the Rockbass range may be decent from time to time, they don't have the sound of a true Warwick due to the cheaper woods/electronics. I imagine quality control is at mexican Fender level so advise you try before you buy! How much have you to spend?
