I had a problem with a "dead" Tapewound G string - unbelievable I know - I didn't believe it either. I got in contact with their Sales team - spoke to Jack who was really helpful and replaced the string "lickitty split". No quibbling - several days later the string arrived well BOXED - bit of overkill but it was safe!! Great customer service - recommended.

Only @jonno1981 got it. A single G string...0.65 gauge. What a waste of a box and money. If there were concerns about damage the string could have been protected by two pieces of cardboard in a A5 envelope.
