    I missed out on an 8lb Stingray 5 a couple of months ago and keep hankering after one. Has anyone routed out a Stingray? Just wondered how neck heavy one would get? I routed out my Sadowsky, and had to change the tuners to ultralites. With a bad shoulder and a wide strap I can only manage about 8lbs.

    Looking to trade my unused Speakon to Jack for a Jack to Jack speaker lead. Unsure of length but at least 10m - will dig out if any interest. States 1.5mm x 2 on the cable - look seriously beefy to me. Will trade for a small 1m as my Ampeg cabs need Jack-Jack

    Selling my Genz as I'm going to Ampeg gear. Good condition, has a couple of small chips in grille. Otherwise great condition. Looking for £400 - will part ex for an Ampeg av210 mini plus cash. Also will part ex for a wireless as long as I get £250 cash (to get an Ampeg cab). Also trade for a Portaflex 350 plus cash. Possibly swap for a light cab - 1x12, prefer a 2x10 or 2x12 though. Can meet halfway/I'll come to you if the deal is really good (max 3 hours from Hull).

    I have a good condition Genz Benz Shuttle 310 - only marks of any note are a couple of small bits of paint missing from the grille. Was perfect with an extension cab with one guitarist - my new band has two guitarists with Boogie stacks and it isn't quite enough. Looking to trade for an Ampeg 210av plus either cash or a PF-350 head. Not really interested in any other cabs unless they are 4ohms, loud and under 30lbs. Will sell for £400.

    I think you need to just be glad you are not out of pocket - you could have ended up travelling down there, only to find no one home. Put it down to experience, you haven't lost any cash - there are far too many people that have (me included).
