  1. Basically packed the hole with toothpick with glue and then clip off any sticking end right? Then screw the new screws on?
  2. Was wondering what kind of glue do I need to glue the toothpick on the strap button hole? Going to buy a set of strap lock and my Spector bass original strap button screw is bigger then any of the strap lock system screws. Therefore I will need to do the toothpick trick. Not sure what type glue do I need?
  3. I would be interest if I can get rid of my current rig.
  4. Old Trace Elliot rig is mega durable and insanely loud with good tone.
  5. Their is one on ebay japan selling for around 2k. I personally think the bass will hold some value, it is very nice looking bass. By looking at it it makes me want to play it.
  6. You are going to have that problem with the Warwick bass ...... they feel and play completely different then a Jazz bass. The jazz feels and balance way much better then a warwick in my opinion. The warwick is longer and tend to have abit of neck heavy in my experience. But I will take a Streamer any day if I'm going to buy a warwick again.
  7. Machines: Your Q6 with the Halo colour is nice and I like that colour The Q6 is so nice to play, Is pretty loud unplug as well that I just play without plugin lol.
  8. I've bought 5 string German Warwick Corvette for £200 in gumtree before.
  9. I would add a fretless or maybe 5/6 string?
  10. Whats the different between Legend 6 and Q6? I'm talking about the made in Korea models. I know the Q6 is not discontinue right?
  11. I've wanted a 5 or 6 string to extend the tone range for the covers I do in the band and I got my wish yesterday. I don't want to slash tons of money for a 6 string and I traded my Musicman SUB 4 stringray (MIA) for this Spector. I love the 35" scale and the neck is not too thick for a 6 string. It takes abit of time to get use to but I like the bass.
  12. BUMP. Photo included.
  13. I've got a Musicman SUB 4 stingray 2 Band EQ (Made in US) bass to trade. This is the discontinue version of Musicman SUB and is made in US. I'm looking to trade for a 6 string bass or possibly a 5 string bass. I would prefer direct swap or possibly some cash on either way. The condition of this bass is in excellent condition but with the usual small wears and tears. Only noticeable place is the back of the neck as you can see in the photo.
  14. i have the 4 string version, sounded great but i prefer the 5 string version.
  15. Keep it simple is my key at the moment. I sold my M80 because i don't use it that much. Only use it for DI purpose. I might as well bring my small combo and lineout via the amp.
  16. Had so much fun with this thing after learning how to use it properly. I had my Bass and my Acoustic on a AB switch. Recorded the acoustic chords with the drum machine at the back first, then dub the bass on top and switch back to guitar/bass to improvise. I really like it
  17. PMT was very good. They said it will probably cost more to send it away for repair so the refund my money and ask me do I want to order a new one. I said yes and they contact zoom straight away to order the B3 for me. The B3 i got is already got the firmware installed.
  18. Got my brand new B3 today. Very happy with it. The looper is good once you know how to do it properly.
  19. As long as the amp is loud enough on stage then is not a problem to me. DI is the key
  20. Markbass stuff is pretty compact, powerful and light.
  21. Wonder have Victor Wooten encounter any problem with it lol.
