  1. Always annoying that at least one section of the velcro that comes with Pedaltrain boards has loads of creases that never come out..

  2. When you hear your son and his fiancée debating/arguing over whether the car they just heard was a Lamborghini Huracán or Gallardo, you know he's got a keeper

  3. Nice start to the day today. Came downstairs to find a very tired looking white-tailed bumblebee stumbling about on the hall floor. I recalled reading something about bees responding well to a bit of energy and hydration, so i mixed a tiny bit of sugar in a splash of water on the end of a teaspoon, and held it down in front of the bee. It found it and immediately started to drink, I could see its tongue lapping it up. After slurping for a couple of minutes it stopped and visibly began to revive, so I took it outside. It headed straight for some flowers and started doing what bees do, looking a lot healthier. My feelgood moment for the day. :)

  4. Obviously before you posted a reply in the Huawei thread, did you not see some of the earlier posts where members are blatantly getting into politics which is not allowed on the forum. Please learn how to do your job as a Moderator properly. I have reported it but I thought you would have known better!

  13. Please may I have seven more follows on my (new) YouTube page so I can finally get past 100 subscribers?

    @DanVeallBassist

This is my own page, which is rather empty as all of my gear reviews are hosted on the Guitar Interactive Magazine website and YouTube channel @GuitarInteractiveMag

So, mine is a bit empty. I'm starting from the ground up and need your help :)❤️

  22. Currently waiting for Tesco to open (as they’re no longer 24/7 🙄). Arrived early to avoid most of the mouth breathers. Let’s see how this goes. I just wanna do a normal shop FFS!

“A VULNERABLE couple who are self-isolating to protect themselves from coronavirus ordered £50 worth of vital supplies for home delivery – but were shocked when just five items arrived.

Finn, 70, and Tina Teigen, 66, from Lewisham in South London, have been following the government advice to stay at home because of the coronavirus outbreak that has left 72 Brits dead.

The elderly couple, who have underlying health conditions, placed a home food order with Co-op to help them through the quarantine period but were left disappointed when only five items were delivered.

The measly delivery contained carrots, gravy granules, squash, margarine and fish sticks – even though they had paid more than £50.

Finn said: “We are old age pensioners. We were depending on the delivery. It’s going to be carrots and gravy for the next three days.

“It’s going to be carrots and gravy for the next three days.

“Our kids live about 50 miles away – hopefully one of them is going to come up. I’m one of those people who see the funny side of everything.

“But, underlying it all, I do worry about our food. We haven’t been refunded yet. At least my pension went in today.”

The total sum of the goods that actually arrived was around £7.

Co-op has been contacted for comment.”

We were going to have a Paella tonight, but no fish pie mix or prawns, so that was that (my wife doesn’t eat meat).

Next door (who pay a monthly fee for home delivery) can’t even get a slot this month, so click and collect customers don’t have a chance. Your area may be different. I hope.

Dave is not living in the real world.

For starters, there are NO click & collect available until sometime in April.

You could spot them a mile off this morning. Nudging their trolleys closer to the doors as opening time approached. Standing there with their significant other who looked a bit confused as to where they were and what they were supposed to be doing. He/she having been dragged along as an extra pair of hands to carry more large packs of loo roll. Looks in their eyes as if to say 'had I known what I was letting myself in for, I wouldn't have asked to 'work from home'. Do you seriously buy 8 x 4 pints of milk and 5 x loaves of bread every time you go shopping? No. Thought not.
