Aria pro II SB 600

Hi all, I am new to this and am doing a favour for my girlfriend who is trying to get some money together to move house.

As much as she doesnt want to sell it really is never used so she would rather see it go to a good home and I thought this would be as good a place as any to start rather than Ebay!

Basically its an Aria Pro 11 SB 600 with fixed neck in Padouk red. Basically its in great condition, bar a scuff on the bottom, a couple of very fine hardly noticable scrathes to the neck and someone at somepoint tried to etch there initials on the plate that holds the strings at the bottom (not sure what this is called!) but I believe these can be replaced easily.

It also comes with strings attached that are pretty much new and a case. Pictures below, please note that it looks like there may be dust on it but that is just the camera, the bass itself is very clean.

Looking for £250 ono collected from near Manchester or im sure we can arrange something for postage otherwise. Thanks for looking.

[Are you sure you have a SB1000? I have owned three and just sold one on here, all of which were very active. The SB1000 is the top of the range a new one will put you back £1300.

It has an active switch and a 5 way selector.

I think you may have the SB 700 which looks similar but is passive
........Its actually an Aria Pro 2 SB SPECIAL 2 and it is Passive!
An SB Special II? Not an SB Elite II? There were certainly RSB Special II and TSB Special II models, introduced in 83 when Aria revised and realigned its entire product range and first introduced the Standard, Special, Elite and Deluxe labels, but I don't ever recall an SB Special model in the SB range at any time. Two pickup models were the SB 900 and SB Elite II, as well as the the SB R150 Anniversary model, and a model tagged SB 1000 II which was only ever available in Japan.

Itching for an SB700, SB1000, SB-R60 etc.

I have cash waiting, they're rare as anything at the moment!
Eubassix has been trying to shift his modded fretless SB-600: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=107856 for a while. The economy must be really ****ed if one of these can't sell for less than £200!
