AN EXPERIMENT ON A BIRD IN THE AIR PUMP

Actually reminds me of early Fuzzbox (the good stuff, Rules and Regulations etc) Bostin Steve Austin was a fantastic album - those were the days, when Indie was just that, and you could make a video on super8 for a tenner and get it on national tv on the Chart Show......

I quite like this :)

EDIT: Actually the bass and drums are almost a direct rip of Rules and Regulations (ha ha!)
Three ladies who are suppose to have a line up of two basses and a drummer, although i can only see one in this vid.

I've seen them live and they do have 2 bass players - they just don't play at the same time! The band do the "all change instruments thing" during their set and sound...exactly the same!

They're getting a ton of press at the moment and live are - IMHO of course - jaw-droppingly awful  Now, if they DID have 2 bass players playing at the same time, they'd be... no, they'd still be terrible...

So yeah, not really a big fan

:)

God that was terrible. Not sure what language she was singing in, could only understand the 'Down down down down da da down' bit. Not that I've anything against singing in a different language, over here we get stuff from all over the world, it's just that with the total reverb overkill I couldn't tell if it was english with a bad accent or Romanian. The bit that really made me laugh the most though was that as the intro went on and seemed to be about to burst into a huge chorus with loads of screaming guitars etc, it ended, and I realised that it hadn't just listened to the intro but to the entire song. :)

Reminded me a lot of that band that shockwave linked to a few months ago... hold on... here it is, the shaggs

The only sad thing is if someone has signed them up to a label in preference to a band that likes to have a bit of music in their songs.

Gotaa be fairly careful with bands that Shockwave links to, not uncommon for him to be in them.
