It is with regret that I'm putting this up for sale – I'll get some new pics up this weekend

In the meantime here's a link to the build thread…

Sigh… I hope I don't regret this

That's odd - I can see them - I'm on a works VPN through The Netherlands

Let me know if they still aren't showing and I'll gather them all from the build post and add to the listing – or maybe I'll just add some new pics although I'm away until Saturday morning

Glorious - I was able to play plenty of these in the early ‘80s and preferred them to the later customs. I still do. The neck profile was sublime (for me). Fabulous artistry and technique from Andy

This was one of my favourite 'saves'.  Yes - Imgur photos no longer show, but I have all of the photos used in the thread here somewhere.  If there're any photos you specifically want to see, let me know and I'll post them here.

Oh, and yes - if you switch to a non-UK VPN you should be able to see them

Hi, @Beedster & @three  Can you have a peep at that link again - I've done an experiment on the first post and you should be able to see the first two photos.

Can you?  It will take me a while, but if you can see those I will carry on and replace all of the Imgur links with photos.  I would like a record of this bass 'save' in any case and so it would be worth my while if the above works :)

Hi Andy, yes I can see both, and man that's one hello of a restoration :)

Really appreciate that you'd reload them all, I suspect it's both a great resource and a great journey for us bass nerds 🙏

Will do.  It may take a bit of time but you will be able to see each shot as soon as I've posted it.  I'll try and do a few more this evening.

+1 on all of the above...

The Wal Pro models were my favourite versions too.

GLWTS @Andyjr1515 - beautiful work!

I've found a quicker way of converting an imgur image to a standard one.  Quicker rather than quick - but I've managed to convert the first 3 or 4 pages of the thread.  I'll see if I can finish it off tomorrow 👍
