Interestingly no issue 12 sent and no more issues received.

I think only 1 magazine has been received this year for 5 Payments 🤔

Same with me. No issue 12. I received issue 13 after emailing, but no issue 14 which is advertised on their website. Payments keep being taken. I’ve emailed them twice but no reply. I think I need to make a PayPal claim and get as many payments refunded as possible.
