Fodera Monarch Standard 4 (one of the older standards, not like the new models). EMG P/J pickups, 18v 2 band EQ, also passive option with the push pull volume pot. Really great playing bass, action can get very low although I have it set more standard for me. Massive range of tones, really great EQ, also a great passive ‘p bass’ tone. Very well made, I will regret letting it go but it’s just not getting the use it deserves from me. Has a few knocks which I have photographed. Comes with original case (it works but the combination lock is broken), and truss rod tool. Update: Had a think and reduced price to £3500. Will stay at this on Basschat, before listening elsewhere. k-sad Posted March 5 Share Posted March 5 Those were called "Monarch New Standard" and should sport the same Pope 2 band pre as the older NYC. Also share the 3 piece neck, angled headstock and "wave" thing where the bolts are. All features that are now reserved for the Custom line.
