How did you work out  how far the numbers had to go round to match the limits of how far the pots can turn? Do different pots have different rotational travel distances?

It's very simple.

I didn't 😅

They match the center for the two balance (I'm using a regular 2 band EQ), "5" on the center point.

The balance one is centered on the "BT".

And the master volume matches on the "10"

I'm looking for a set of this for a rather special new build I've commissioned from Mike Walsh (Zoot Bass).  There's a guy in the states who makes them but the cost ($65 a set) including delivery, VAT (in all likelihood) and import duties makes them very expensive (as £65/70 expensive!).  I'm sure someone will suggest posting to the Wal Facebook group, and I will do that, but can anyone here recommend anything similar?  Thanks.

Where in the States did you find someone who makes Wal-style knobs? I haven't been able to find them here.

They look amazing! Do you have any kind of CAD file for these?

I do but I'm not willing to share them sorry. I can make the knobs for you though ;)
