Vintage early 80s Peavey BW 215 cab. The Black Widow drivers are long gone and it has been reloaded with fanes iirc. Wattage is 300 and 4 ohm load.Ā
The cab was owned by a local college, hence the asset numbers but was bought by me in an equipment sale around summer 2018.Ā
Since then itā€™s been used a few times in my rehearsal room. Itā€™s a great sounding cab. Itā€™s quite large and heavy but benefits from both.Ā
Ā

DimensionsĀ

65 x 37 x 103

Weight

46KgĀ

Collection from Byker area of Newcastle or we could arrange a courier and Iā€™d pack it well.Ā
Ā

Ā£100 no offersĀ

ThanksĀ

Wow! Look at that! I had one too, though mine was more of a mess when I got it. I also owned a Traynor 2x15 loaded with Celestions. Both of those cabinets were well made, practically bomb proof , so there's no doubt this one will live many years longer!

PEAVEY + 'Black Widow' (the name was/is a byword for quality) -Ā If you didn't own one or want to own one back in my early days, you obviously weren'tĀ a 'serious' bass player.Ā  ;)Ā Ā

If I wereĀ starting over again today, I'd have one of these before half of the more modern kit available.Ā  Ā Ā
