I finally got around to editing the video down so I can post a tune for people to hear. Here is the bass featured in a scaled down version of Charlie Parker's 'Yardbird Suite'. The band had never played together before AND it was the first gig most of us had done in six months so this is a bit raw but I think the bass sounds really interesting. I've been banging the Benton drum so loud folk must be sick of it, so it's nice when a real quality musician showcases how great their stuff is. Listening with decent cans and man it sounds good. Shows its not what you play it on but how you play it. Enjoyed Jamming along .. reckon my £5000 bass sounds slightly better..not a lot tho!
