Loved the early WAL's but could never take to the 5 string version, even though I'm mostly a 5 string player. Just never felt right to me.
Was this the one that was floating around for near 1k a couple of years back ?
Yep.

I agree completely but I feel like a precision might get more play-time and suit my band more... I want to see what's out there!
Hang on, is this the fretless one you bought on here?

Your post says fretted..
It was indeed my friend, it is now fretted! Done by mansons of exeter ( makers of matt from muse's guitars).

Got it fretted to make more use of it, but finances as what they are its going to have to go in my reshuffle. Scale down to only 3 basses!

bass sounds great, it has new strings. It owes me nearly a grand so I am open to serious offers! Try me! I don't have any clips I'm afraid. Any one is more than welcome to pop round and have a play, these are pretty rare as lefties so come and have a go.

Here we go guys, these basses need to be sold! I am looking only at serious hassle free deals pretty please.
Hard cash is needed ideally but trades on high end light weight amplification/ and qualitly basses considered!

Make a offer! We all know what these are worth, but we also know no one wants to pay what they are worth.

Musicman stingray 1996, NO LONGER AVAILABLE
2002 warwick thumb bass bolt on SIX string. Enough said. NO LONGER AVILABLE

Thanks! I've decided I won't bid though, I already have two MC924's (two completely different beasts) and another '81 would really be over the top and probably wouldn't get much use too I'm afraid. An American guy I know from the leftybassist.com-forum is very strongly interested though (I know he's been searching for one for years) so I sent him your way, his name is Carmine.

I will keep an eye on your auction though, I'm very curious what it will sell for :)
