Hi Bass chat!

37 year old. Rock bassist. I play Ibanez and Fender. My current rig set up is a Trace Elliot SMC 7215. I use Boss pedals, and Rotosound and Ernie Ball strings.

I'm not in a band currently. Looking to join a band  Preston, Lancashire. Return to playing after 18 years away.

My bass hero is Billy Sheehan 🤟

My music tastes include Mr big, bon Jovi, GNR, Jeff Buckley, Manic Street Preachers, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Racer X, Biffy Clyro, Extreme, the Used, Metallica, etc....although I warm up to pop songs and will try my hand at anything.

Come say hello!

Hello Kirstie.  A fine choice of green tinted amplification! 😎

Green tinted AND glow in the dark! Well, under UV anyway!

Hi there Kirstie... also from the BPU of BookFace... Good to see you here too!

I love, love, love Trace Elliot! I'd still have my trusty Series 6 1215 combo if it hadn't gone to that great gig in the sky some years ago. However, if you're planning on lugging gear to gigs as a short-medium term aim then investing in some lightweight, Class D, neodymium magnet gear might be advisable - those old TEs are WEIGHTY compared to the modern stuff like MarkBass, GK and the like.
