So is it a pick?

Probably a typo, but this auction has a buy-it-now price of £1... so a pick is not unreasonable... but £12 postage seems steep. However, the one photo is of a cardboard box of the type you send guitars in, and the 'Item specifics' states 5 strings and right handed?

I think the seller is legit, although they are selling a lot of ex-Gear4Music items and also no-name (and no photo of the headstock) knock-off stuff which may or may not be junk, but this auction qualifies as weird.

That surely is a typo, as it must be this one (box picture is the same), unless it's a huge cardboard pick 🤣 : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-5-String-Electric-Bass-Guitar/283063844850?hash=item41e7eb7ff2:g:BpEAAOSwTIhaX4Sh

Hm.  Five-string, but 38mm nut.   No wonder there's no picture of the front of the headstock...

Looking at his feedback it is likely to be a Harley Benton bass, a few people have left negative feedback to that effect, still it is only about 2 miles from me if you wanted it checking out before you parted with good money...or bad money even!
