I've started using effect pedals so I bought a kinsman pedal case https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kinsman-Ultima-ABS-Case-Effect-Pedal/dp/B001ELA2UW and some Velcro with sticky stuff on the back to secure the pedals to the board.but no matter which way I stick them down they always come loose.
so any one any tips to help them stay put

cheers
rob

This Stuff. Replace the loop side on board, and hook side on pedals, leave alone for 24hrs before you fix the pedals to the board, I can lift my board up by 1 pedal with this stuff, and thats harder on my wrist than the velcro.

The trouble I have is that the velcro bond (hook to loop) is stronger than the glue bond between the velcro and board/pedal. So in some warm-ish weather recently the glue got a bit melty and so pedals came away from the board leaving a double-layer of velcro (ie hook later and loop layer) still attached on one side or the other. (The velcro is that which comes with a Pedaltrain case by the way).

Anyone else get this?

Another vote for cable ties. Not for everyone as it does involve cranking the drill out and my board was a home made wooden affair. Absolutely rock solid and easy peasy to move stuff around with some cheapo ties. Recommended if you can accommodate them on your board.
