[/quote] I guess this will be to reduce the server space taken up by images which are many many times larger than the database or site content. BigRedX Posted September 8, 2016 Share Posted September 8, 2016 Using an external image host is a much better idea since you not only free up resources on the Basschat server, but also AFAICS using the Basschat image upload places a maximum size on the photos which means that most of the time they come out tiny, not at all what you want when you are trying the show off an item you have for sale.
