***SOLD*** SKB 3i-5014-6 Bass Hardcase (Waterproof)
£120

Recommended Posts

Very high quality SKB 3i-5014-6 Waterproof Case with wheels

The case has 2 layers of foam so you can actually fit two basses in this case - one in each layer of foam. I have only used one layer which is cut to fit a Fender P bass. The bottom layer is uncut.

This sort of foam is readily available and can be cut to size to fit exactly whichever bass you wish to protect.

Has reinforced stainless steel padlock holes so you can fit TSA or standard padlocks.

See here for details: http://casemarket.co...foam-2084-p.asp

I have no possible need for this. I have spent some time trying to work out where I could use it. I LOVE a good case, and this is a great case - it's got wheels and everything! If I had any need for a hard case I would be all over this like a bad rash.

I can highly recommend this case.
I have a SKB 3i-5014-44 - externally identical, internally a bit different = oh and mine has 2 of the latches fitted with TSA locks
I have flown with many different cases, some good, some bad.
This case beats them all.
Having wheels on it is marvellous....

The only word of caution I will say is be ready to have customs officials think you are carrying a rifle.
