haimesy Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 (edited) Just bought this , I am trying to try basses I have never owned before and wanted to try a Warwick..could be an expensive journey. Rather liked the look of this so took a punt. Plays fab with great access to upper frets , with a nice mid growl and cool slap tone. It must be made with a very light piece of swamp ash as it is incredibly light !! Any of you Warwick users have any knowledge on this particular model ...info would be received with thanks . Go to the warwick website and under the support tab there is a search for the serial number function this should give all the tech detail on the bass. The first letter is (i think) the month of manufacture a=january, b=february, etc, etc. The middle set of digits is the bass number and the last 2 digits is the year (09 =2009).
