Anyway, build has now commenced: 5 string 2-tone burst Ash body Maple neck Rosewood fretboard Blocks and binding Lollar pickups Passive with Vanderkley Fatboost First pics just received, body cut and routed, now stained orange in preparation of the burst thing. Swamp ash for a little more open tone compared to alder. Bit more modern, the Lollars compliment the wood nicely. Only - however long it takes - to go.....
