Four channels, each of 500W, with various bridging options, all fitted into a lightweight 1U item. Like most Thomann kit, it's a sensible no-frills design which does exactly what it says on the box. Used this as the main driver for my band's PA (vocals only) for three years, until I got a chance to buy the Powersoft Digam 4x700W unit that this amp is modelled on. It never missed a beat, works perfectly, and has been racked in a Gator hard-case since the day I bought it. Although intended primarily as a PA power amp, it will just as happily provide power amplification for a guitar or bass which makes it an excellent unit to have in your rack at a gig. In the event of a major equipment failure for any other piece of backline, you can simply re-route through one of the four channels available here. I still have the original manual for this. I used two of the channels to drive McGregor 1x12 tops for all the bands vocals (we all sing), and the other two to drive the Class-D (that's a brandname) 1x10 tops which we used for foldback when I got the McGregors.
